Located just off coastal highway, US-17 in Hampstead, NC. is a challenging, Scottish links style 18-hole championship course. Although there are no trees on the course, there are the typical links hazards of tall bunkers, water, and waste areas. And yes, like all links courses, occasionally one must factor in the wind. True to the tradition, the course demands excellent shot placement on almost every hole.

Located just off highway, US-17 in Hampstead, NC. Ironclad Golf is one component of what will be a multipurpose entertainment venue operated by Ironclad Brewery Corporation. The golf course is on a 178-acre property located in the beautiful community of Hampstead, NC. Our goal is for you to have an enjoyable outing, "FUN GOLF!" Since employees from the brewery are playing golf for the first time we have arranged a diver to retrieve the balls from the ponds. So don't worry about hitting a ball into the water, we need more driving range balls anyway. The venue needs a lot of love and Ironclad will be performing renovations in phases over the next few years. Our team has worked diligently to upgrade and improve the property. While improvements to the venue will continue, we will soon be completing phase I and opening the Driving Range and Front 9 of the course. We hope you enjoy the great outdoors and the time you spend with the people you are playing golf with.
